Represent the student-athlete body in national legislation regarding infractions in NIL, revenue-sharing, employee status, transfer portal, etc., while empowering peers to advocate for themselves.
Participate in peer discussions on conference governance, NIL education, career development, etc. while engaging with SEC leadership to advocate for the student-athlete experience.
Serve as a captain on behalf of the entire coaching and support staff, advocate for the betterment of all team members, and volunteer in the community to foster a positive culture.
Engage with OU Athletics senior leadership through one-on-one conversations and group presentations that aim to raise the standard of sport, scholarship, and service at the university.
Facilitate fellowship within small group conversations, build individual relationships for discipleship, and speak at middle and high school programs with ministry at the forefront.
Attended bi-weekly meetings with guest speakers to build authentic and engaging leadership skills within Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communications and in the workplace.
